a little more about me

My Dream:

I dream of a world in which it’s normal and expected to teach a young vulva owner about their body, about how to care for it, about how to listen to it, and how to love it.

I dream of a world in which the fact that I have a vulva, uterus, & ovaries doesn’t automatically make me have to advocate for myself in the healthcare system so much harder than my counterparts.

I dream of a world in which BIPOC are cared for just like I will be when they have a baby.

I dream of a world in which everyone cares about the maternal health crisis. Mothers are the center of our universe…we should really start treating them like they are.

I dream of a world in which our healthcare system supports true, lifelong health, and not band-aids.

And I dream of a world in which you know and believe with everything that you have in you, that you don’t need to change anything about yourself. That you can have everything that you desire just because you are you and there’s nothing to prove.

My hope for you, even if we never meet, is that you always know how dope you really are, and that you are always worthy.

And if I meet you, even if it’s brief, I hope you always walk away knowing that you are important, and that you matter.

My style.

I believe healing happens in relationship—relationship with your body, your story, your desires, and your truth. My role is not to fix you or lead from in front, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.

I create space for honesty, emotional expression, deep embodiment, and the kind of healing that honors both science and soul. I offer guidance, accountability, humor, and unwavering compassion—but your voice, your choice, and your inner wisdom always lead.

I believe every person deserves agency over their body, clarity in their choices, and a relationship with themselves rooted in trust rather than fear.

My mission is simple:

To help people come home to themselves—body, mind, and spirit—and know how to care for what they find there. Especially for women who have been taught to disconnect from their bodies, silence their needs, or question their knowing.

What are you waiting for? To feel ready? I don’t know that that day will ever come…and if you find the answer on how we learn to be 100% ready for something, I'd love to chat!

The truth is, if we wait until we’re “ready”, we’ll be waiting forever. Might as well start today. A baby step is still a step forward. You’re where you are right now, but that doesn’t mean you have to stay there.

I’m here for you. I support you. Let me know what you need.
