Pregnancy shouldn’t be a guessing game. You should have honest guidance and support - this is often not found in a 10-minute appointment.

Meet your guide
Ashley zimmerman, PT, DPT
Hi! I’m Dr. Ashley!
I’ve been specializing in pelvic health for the last 12 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I’ve furthered my education to include sexuality counseling, becoming a full-spectrum doula, doula educator, and professional training provider.
I’ve spent years learning about how to help people through pregnancy and the postpartum transition but it wasn’t until my own pregnancy journey that I realized how limited this information really is. I find myself constantly being surprised that information I feel like should be given is withheld in the doctor’s office. And it’s not because they’re doing it on purpose, the current medical school structure doesn’t teach them.
I’m not afraid to advocate for myself, but that’s because I have spent HOURS and a ton of money learning, connecting to myself, practicing, failing, and trying again. Sometimes I still struggle - and then I lean on the people I know are in my corner to support me.
I’m here to support you now. The wisdom from your body that you will gain through this program will not only make your pregnancy journey more supportive, but it will transform every area of your life.
I can’t wait to work with you, learn from you, support you, and become part of this greater purpose together!
-Dr. Ashley
