If pelvic pain, tension, leaking, pressure, or prolapse have become something you just live with, this is where we start.

We work somatically — meaning we're not just talking about your pelvic floor, we're helping your nervous system and body actually feel safe again, not just "fixed" on paper. This work is often done alongside your pelvic floor PT or OB/GYN, not instead of them.

Sessions combine education, somatic movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices to help you understand what your body has been holding and build a new relationship with it. You don't need a diagnosis to start — just the sense that something's off and you're ready to address it differently.
