Pregnancy and early motherhood change your body faster than most of us have language for.
This work is for reconnecting with a body that doesn't feel like "yours" anymore — not chasing a "bounce back," but actually inhabiting the body you have now. We'll work with whatever's present for you: birth recovery, identity shifts, touched-out exhaustion, or simply wanting to feel more present in your body while caring for someone else's.
Sessions meet you wherever you are in the process — pregnant, weeks postpartum, or years into motherhood and just now getting a moment to focus on yourself.
